How It Works
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order.

When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours for standard delivery or same day (if ordered before 1pm) for next day delivery.

Postage Charges
For standard delivery (5 business days) – £3.95
For express delivery (2 business days) – £5.95

These costs are in relation to shipping to the UK. Please contact to inquire about international shipping.

Postal charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your swimwear has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, Summer Club The Label is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

At Summer Club The Label we are passionate about customer service and we aim to please every customer with our revolutionary swimwear. We are confident with the help of our size guide you will purchase a piece that fits you perfectly.

If you do need to return an item you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods. We know how important fit is, therefore, we offer free returns on all full priced products for UK customers.

To be eligible for a return please ensure any item that you are returning is unworn and unwashed and with the tags still attached. Summer Club The Label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Once your return request has been authorised we will contact you via email and supply you with a Returns Number, the return address details and a Returns Form, which should be included inside your return package. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any returns. Our team are over the weekend, so if you submit a return request over the weekend we will reply on Monday. All refunds should be processed within 5-10 working days from receipt of your returned parcel

Faulty Goods
We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at so that we can personally assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of Orders
We accept cancellation of orders from the time when the order has been placed online until 14 days after the delivery of your goods. If your order has not yet shipped you will receive an immediate refund.

We are unable to accept your cancellation of order if the garment has been worn or the tags taken off. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse a refund.

In order to cancel your order you will need to email with your order number and details of purchase.

Once the parcel is received by Summer Club The Label, your refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by ourselves.
